With experience in organizational leadership, operations and human resources, Lori has been helping private and public businesses scale. She has a reputation of being authentic, compassionate and transparent with a roll up your sleeves approach to strategy, change management, solving problems and building thriving cultures. Lori takes pride in building relationships and working with clients on how to develop and build executive teams and implement sustainable processes that champion growth.  She believes that leadership defines true business value. 

The name Jaye Charly comes from Lori’s daughter’s middle names and also represents her beloved, late mother. The color teal represented throughout the brand represents ovarian cancer. As a former caregiver, Lori has partnered with the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition and Palomar Health Hospice to help patients and caregivers navigate the challenges of education, diagnosis, treatment and beyond the transition.
